FPS LIMITER ,WATER ,ABOUT SECTION AND A NEW LEVEL

NEW SMALL UPDATE

+ fps limiter , you can now set your max fps or just have it uncapped.
+ level, the level waterjump has been added.
+ water, you heard right . im not sure if you can call it water but ive added water. right now its only in one level.
+ About Section, pretty boring its just an about section with links.
Thats it . i didnt really add this much this time , but its honest work.
